Our 5 Day Empowered Horsemanship Clinic is an intense program that is sure to progress you on your horsemanship journey.Located at our wonderful facility in Randleman, NC you will have access to two clinicians on a 5 day adventure to work on YOUR goals. Michael and Julia will start on the ground, working on ground manners and liberty work, and then take you to saddle to tackle any goals you are searching for! Whether it be foundation, performance, better communication, slowing your horses feet down, confidence work, softness, performance work, trail riding or more.
By signing up for the clinic, you will have a place to stay in one of our beautiful cabins, and a stall for your horse. This is all included in your price. Please keep in mind that each of our cabins has 2 queen beds, small kitchenette and their own shower. You are subject to having ONE roomate if space requires and the clinic is full. If you do not want to have a roomate, you can take the reduced rate and stay in a hotel, or stay in your LQ Trailer.
We take a limited amount of riders and horses to keep the teaching, fun and intimate.Do you have a Living Quarters Trailer, or RV that you would rather stay in? Contact our office about getting a discounted rate by doing so. We do not have hookups, but generators are welcome. Bathroom and showers are located in the barn.Our facilities offer access to a 19 stall barn, 12 stall clinic barn, a 100x200 indoor arena, a large pond and hacking trails around the property.

Entire price for the clinic is $1500. That includes your cabin and your stall. If you do not need a cabin, and can stay in your trailer, the cost is $1250

Price Per Rider: $1500 if staying in cabin. Or $1250 if staying offsite or in horse trailer is $1250. A $250 deposit saves your spot.
Auditing available for $30 per day per person. You can pay at the door for this.
Important Clinic Information for Registrants
Things to keep in mind when signing up for the Clinic
Signing Up- When you sign up for the clinic, you are required to pay a $250 deposit to save your spot. The remaining balance of this clinic is not due until 2 weeks prior to the clinic. Your deposit does hold your spot for the clinic, and therefore is non-refundable. We do allow folks to transfer their deposit to any other clinic within a calendar of the initial clinic signed up for as long as you have.
Every clinic/ retreat is unique to the participants in the event. We want to do our best to help you with your horsemanship goals. However, there are some things that you need to do prior to the clinic. Make sure your horse is physically fit to ride in an all day clinic. It is best suited for you and your animal to be working and building some sort of fitness and endurance level prior to attending.
It is important that you are able to ride/work in a group of people. This does not mean that you need to be perfect, as we understand that you probably signed up for this clinic because you are in need of help, but make sure you are are comfortable riding or doing ground work with your horse in a group of 8-12 people.
Videos/Photos - Photos are meant to be used for your personal use only, not for commercial purposes or public viewing. You are not authorized to publish or display photos or videos that were taken of Michael & Julia Lyons, staff, family, or anyone else in the clinic without permission from Michael or Julia.
Stallions are not permitted in any clinic unless given permission from Michael or Julia directly.
Coggins- You do need a valid coggins to bring your horse to the facility.
Stalls & Cabins - Included in your retreat price.
Registration - Once signing up is complete, you should get an email directly after signing up. Be sure to check both your promotions folder and your spam if you do not see it at first. We recommend turning your notifications to that email on once finding it to ensure you always see the most up to date information.
